For the last 10 years she has been facilitating Integrity Systems® courses. By implementing the Integrity courses into the culture of the real estate company she managed, she coached the agents and increased the production of the company by three fold. For the last four years Alice has been in business as a full time associate of Integrity Systems® helping businesses and people experience the benefits of what the Integrity courses brings to them.

Joyce Hames is President of Leadership Excellence, a consulting and training firm. She brings over twenty years of leadership and consulting experience to her clients. Joyce has held management positions in the financial industry and served as a consultant, trainer, and business partner to a wide variety of organizations. She attended Arizona State University and began her professional career with The Arizona Bank in 1971. During her banking career, she developed curriculum for and instructed courses in management skills, sales, customer service, and diversity. In 1988 Joyce began her private consulting career. Since that time she has worked with numerous clients who seek her expertise in sales, customer service, and leadership and management training. Some of her clients include: Pier 1 Imports, BankOne, Insight Computers, MicroAge, Cigna Healthcare, SunAmerica Securities, Public Service Company of New Mexico, San Juan Regional Medical Center, Knapp Medical Center. Most recently Joyce was selected to chair a TEC (The Executive Committee) International group in Phoenix. Based on years as corporate banking executive and her experience as an entrepreneur, Joyce has the expertise to lead CEOs, business owners, and entrepreneurs to a higher level of performance through group meetings and one-to-one business sessions. Additionally, as a professional who is dedicated to the education of business people, Joyce provides seminars, consulting and assessment tools in the areas of leadership and management, customer service, sales, speaking/presentation skills, and personal development. Her experience with major corporations, membership associations and "real life" experiences provides rich content that participants appreciate in her training seminars and consultative meetings.

Paula Raines is the CEO of Collaborative Partners, a corporate consulting, training and coaching company with offices in the Central Kentucky area. Paula is an experienced psychologist, attorney, and author with an extensive background in private and public sector coaching, consulting and training. She has presented trainings and keynote speeches throughout this country and in Europe for more than 18 years; her clients have included the staff at Harvard Business School, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Corporate Office, the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Health Care Systems in several states, Baxter Pharmaceuticals International, state agencies in Kentucky and Massachusetts, schools and school systems, and major non-profits in this country and in Europe. Having a strong interest in the public domain and advocacy initiatives, Dr. Raines' previous work includes involvement and writing in the areas of domestic violence prevention programs, community mediation, civil rights, conflict resolution and education. She has also worked with Public Advocacy programs in Kentucky and Philadelphia, and was appointed by the Kentucky Supreme Court to serve on the Public Advocacy Commission. Once seated on the commission, her peers elected her as chairman. Dr. Raines currently works in several capacities including as an executive and personal success coach.

Kathleen Brandt brings more than 25 years experience leading change in commercial banking industry to her clients who value her ability to connect people, ideas, and resources to effect positive financial change.  Clients include financial services firms, public and private companies of all sizes and not-for-profit organizations.  Kathleen's Corportate Banking experience includes all aspects of sales, sales management, and executive leadership, having both strategic and tactical focus.  She had sales responsibility for growing  Wachovia's business with Fortune 1000 companies in the national market.  In sales management roles, Kathleen was recognized for leading performance turnarounds--building high performing teams, increasing sales team productivity and improving customer loyalty.  In executive leadership capacity, Kathleen led sales culture development in corporate banking; spearheaded reengineering of the corporate bank sales and service model; and built an internal performance consulting team comprised of marketing, trainiing, organization development, and project management professionals.  She played a leadership role in ten financial services mergers-selected because of breadth of knowledge of the business and record of building and leading high performance teams.  Kathleen has been a certified facilitator of Integrity Systems for three years helping companies achieve results-producing behavior change processes.  Through speaking engagements, facilitation, training, assessments and consultation, Kathleen partners with leaders in growing businesses to lift top and bottom line performance.Kathleen received an MBA from Wake Forest University.  She serves on the Boards of Advisors for Wake Forest's Graduate School of Business and Kennesaw State University Executive MBA Program.  An active Rotarian and charter member of Project Read, Kathleen serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Georgia.

Karen Coffey

Karen Coffey is Matthew Ferrara & Company's Director of Learning. Her responsibilities include running a department that delivers an average of 100,000 minutes of online training and dozens of onsite workshops nation wide every month. Karen manages the training and deployment of the latest technologies for some of our largest clients, including Cendant, Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA and Sotheby's International Realty. Karen's background includes more than 20 years in the corporate and personal travel industry.

Prior to starting her own travel operation, Karen was the National Training Specialist for the largest credit card processing company in the country. She has served as President of the N.E. American Society of Travel Agents, the President of her local Chamber of Commerce, and President of NH Women and Travel. Karen has visited more than 25 countries across the globe.

Karen has been certified to facilitate Integrity Coaching® and Integrity Selling®.

Bernie M. Lord

Bernie is the newest member of the Team here at Matthew Ferrara & Company. His primary responsibilities include the development and execution of the company's overall strategy for marketing and communications initiatives.

Bernie has been developing high profile marketing strategies for over a decade. Recent projects have included direct collaboration with many of the world's most influential business leaders, including Bills Gates, Michael Dell, Kofi Annan, William Ford, Richard Wagner, Carley Fiorina, Phil Condit, Jeffery Immel and others. Bernie was recognized in 2002 by the #2 Business School in the nation for his innovations in event marketing, and was recipient of the School's Enterprise Award for delivering the most successful program in the history of the institution.

Over the course of his career, Bernie has created and delivered over 50 marketing campaigns in more than 20 countries on all 7 continents. He has directed more than 235 major and special events across the globe, managed the successful return on budgets in excess of $5.5M, and successfully managed communications efforts to more than 250,000 business professionals.

Amy Chorew

Amy is Senior National Trainer and Senior National Consultant for Matthew Ferrara & Company. Since joining the company in 2000, Amy has delivered more than 500 seminars nation-wide in more than 30 states.

Her experience includes running a real estate brokerage, acting as Marketing Director for some of Connecticut's most prestigious real estate companies, and managing the operations for a real estate developer in Connecticut.

Amy has more than a decade of experience in the technology training industry. She has served on the Technology Committee for the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA). Amy is currently developing and deploying learning management systems (LMS) for REALTOR associations and schools across America.

Amy has been certified in Integrity Coaching® and will be certified in Integrity Selling® this November.

Gregg has been in the real estate finance industry for over 13 years. Gregg has been an Account sales manager for GE Capital Mortgage and PMI Mortgage Insurance Company. Gregg recently completed his doctorate in Leadership Education. Gregg is an adjunct professor teaching business and marketing. He is currently Chairman of the community impact cabinet for the Metro United Way in Louisville, KY. He is creating a comprehensive change and impact statement for the cabinet. Joe has 27 years experience in the training and development industry. He has been director of training for two national trade associations, and was Vice President, Business Development for Kaset International (now Achieve Global) the top customer relations improvement company in the US. Joe has worked with Fortune 500 companies including Ford, Chrysler, Bell Canada, Sprint and many others. His real estate clients currently include builders such as Standard Pacific Homes and national community developer Newland Communities. Joe is certified in Integrity Selling, Myers Briggs, and the DISC system. Joe has authored and supervised development of over 50 training courses and is the architect of two national award winning certification programs. He was president of the American Society for Training and Development Suncoast chapter and president of the National Speakers Association - Central Florida chapter. Joe is based in Tampa, Florida, where he is an avid golfer and boater.
